With new innovations, modern technology and well-proven products, implant therapy is getting closer and closer to re-creating what nature once created, but now and then old truths must be challenged along the way. That is why it is absolutely necessary to study, document, evaluate and follow-up the biological, biochemical and biomechanical processes involved. Knowledge and continuous learning is a prerequisite for development, efficacy, patient safety and clinical treatment success. However, one thing remains the same, it is always the human body that sets the rules.
During the evening, the first two speakers will take you through the management of the hard and soft tissue in the aesthetic zone as well as patient-specific restorative solutions. The next two speakers will cover the prevention of biological complications in implant therapy and the success and failure of oral implants, with particular reference to marginal bone loss.
The symposium ends with a challenging and inspiring discussion between two of the most well-renowned professors within their respective area. Both of them have played a significant role in the development of implant dentistry and together they represent a huge amount of unique knowledge and experience.
Don’t miss this opportunity to listen to the discussion between
Prof. Tomas Albrektsson and Prof. Jan Lindhe.
I am looking forward to seeing you at a good evening with Astra Tech in Monaco.
Sincerely,
